As a biologist my speciality is to develop people and organisations with a systemic approach. Building broad international experience by navigating through a wide range of waters in leadership roles in multiple companies, countries and industries (life science, agrobusiness, pharma, construction material, automotive) for more than 15 years:

In my free time I love to be in nature, e.g. riding horses. I love rhythm and enjoy activities like dancing and making music with friends. I’m inspired by learning from other cultures and worked in US and Spain and live currently in Switzerland.
